Founder
Healthcare has been central to my life for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I immersed myself in the field, volunteering and shadowing physicians in surgery and ER departments during my middle and high school years. In college, I joined Alpha Epsilon Delta, a pre-health honor society, where I volunteered at hospitals, health fairs, and various medical events. I graduated with a degree in Biology and worked for four years as a clinical assistant in Pediatric Pulmonary while applying to Physician Assistant programs.
It was during my time as a clinical assistant that my interest in healthcare service from both patient and staff perspectives began to take shape. I observed the challenges faced by physicians and staff, as well as the interconnected nature of each touchpoint in patient care. Seeing how these issues formed a cycle of cause and effect, my passion for improving healthcare business and service experiences grew. I ultimately decided to shift my focus from becoming a physician assistant to pursuing a career in designing and enhancing these experiences.
This decision led me to my role as a Web Communication Specialist in the communications and marketing department at Medical City Healthcare, part of HCA. There, I contributed to building and refining the digital experience for hospitals, clinics, and other facilities managed by Medical City Healthcare.
I bring both clinical and administrative experience in healthcare and am now establishing my own consulting business. My goal now is to create value-driven service models for healthcare clinics, enabling them to build systems that bring lasting value to healthcare providers, staff, and patients alike.
